       TZG-LHTY-铁钻工适用于石油矿场钻井作业。石油钻井作业过程中需要经常进行钻具连接和拆卸,尤其在起下钻时更加频繁。目前钻井队使用较多的是利用液压大钳进行上卸扣,但传统的液压大钳的性能已经不能满足钻机自动化的发展。铁钻工作为液压大钳的替代产品其特点是操作简单,井口不用配置人员,司钻通过操作司钻房内控制手柄即可全自动完成整套上卸扣顺序动作。利用铁钻工能够大大降低工人的劳动强度,能够实现远程控制操作,进而提高了整部钻机的自动化程度、作业效率和安全性。

 

主要技术特点
  1.TZG-LHTY-铁钻工配合顶部驱动钻井装置使用可以替代液压大钳。
  2.铁钻工结构紧凑,占用钻台面的空间较小;
  3.可以由司钻独立操作完成钻具上卸扣作业
  4.与液压大钳相比其适用钻具范围更广,扭矩更大;
  5.设计安装了泥浆防喷活门,可有效地抑制泥浆飞溅,有利于泥浆回收和保持环境清洁;
  6.整个上卸扣过程是通过液压控制的全自动顺序动作,操作简单,提高作业效率和安全性,大大降低工人的劳动强度。
 
 
 
TZG-LHTY-Iron roughneck
TZG-LHTY-Iron roughneck is suitable for oil and mine field drilling work. The drill-strings are always be connected and removed while drilling, and more especially while tripping. Currently, most of drill crews take hydraulic tongs to makeup and breakout, but hydraulic tongs cannot meet the requirements of rig automation. With its simple operation, less workers, drillers can makeup and breakout automatically by control crank in DC, TZG-LHTY-Iron roughneck replaces hydraulic tongs. With it, drillers can reduce labor intensity, control remotely, thus improve automation, working performance and safety.
