天意钻井固控循环系统是在综合国内外固控循环系统优点的基础上，结合钻井工艺的实际需要而设计的新型产品，由振动筛、真空除气器、除砂器、除泥器、离心机五级净化设备组成，能够实现钻井液的储存、调配，去除有害固相，维护钻井液性能，满足钻井液的循环、加重、剪切及事故处理等特殊情况下的要求，可有效提高钻井作业的效率和安全性。方便于公路、铁路运输，并能在井场内短距离拖移。
天意钻井固控循环系统已在中石油、中石化、中海油以及哈萨克斯坦、委内瑞拉、苏丹、伊朗、阿尔及利亚、尼日尔、乍得等等油气田项目中广泛应用。
技术特点

l 罐面设有中压泥浆管线和清水管线。

l 罐体采用V型瓦楞板，整体钢性好，外形美观。
l 表面进行喷砂处理，罐内采用重防腐沥青漆，罐外采用耐油及酸碱腐蚀的油漆。

Drilling solid control and circulating system
Drilling solid control and circulating system is a necessary part of modern drilling equipments. It can meet the requirements of normal circulating and performance stability of mud during drilling.

Technical features
l It has the features of winter protection, higher temperature resistance, explosion proof, leak resistance, corrosion protection and rain proof. It can be suitable for harsh drilling conditions.
l The overall arrangement is very human with fine appearance, wide applicability, new design, reasonable distribution, complete performance and advanced work flow.
l There are medium-pressure mud line and fresh water line on the surface of the tank.
l There is a sand cleaning gate with a pressure bar at the back of the tank which is easy to open.
l Tanks are connected by unions which can be assembled and disassembled easily and flexibly.
l Tanks are connected correctly and quickly.
l The mud is effectively purified in a higher grade and is measured accurately.
l It is suitable for frequent movement and installation.
l V-shaped corrugated sheets are used as the tank body with good steel and fine appearance.
l The surface is sandblasted, anti-corrosive bituminous paint is used inside the tank and oil resistant and acid and alkaline resistant paint is used outside the tank.
l It is can be designed and manufactured according to customers’ requirements.
